How to Make Easy White Chocolate Truffles (Two Ingredients)
Today I am showing you how to make easy white chocolate truffles with just two ingredients!
These white chocolate truffles are a sweet treat that satisfies without being overly sweet. They kind of remind me of wedding mints without the mint!
The last time I showed you How to Make Ghirardelli Chocolate Truffles they were dark chocolate but this time white chocolate so I can make an angel for my Christmas tree charcuterie board!
Supplies
- Ghirardelli white chocolate chips 11 oz bag
- 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
- Spoon
- Square baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Heat heavy cream
Heat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream on very low heat until you see some bubbling on the sides of the pan and stir continuously to keep the cream from burning
- Empty White Chocolate bag
Empty your white chocolate chips, the entire bag, into a bowl
- Combine the two
Pour your very hot but not boiling heavy whipping cream over your white chocolate chips and let sit for five minutes
- Stir
After five minutes, stir the chocolate chips and whipping cream until smooth.
- Get Creative
I needed to cut an angel for my Christmas tree charcuterie board so I poured my white chocolate truffle into a parchment-lined square baking pan so that I could get a flat level layer of truffle to cut with my cookie cutter.
You can butter a silicone mold and pour the mixture in or roll it into balls or shape it into squares. You can really have fun with this treat. -
- Cool
I let this set up for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator before I cut my shape.
- Embellish
You can sprinkle with gold dust or sprinkle colored sugar. You could even color half of the mixture with food coloring and marble it. The sky is the limit!

This treat is so rich and it hits the spot when you want something sweet but not quite chocolate! It is so good!
