Fall Home Tour 2022
Welcome to my Warm and Muted Fall Home Tour!
Home in the fall is my absolute favorite time of year! This year I am trying to keep things simple in my decor. Starting with my color palette.
I chose warm, muted, natural tones.
I have been painting pumpkins and making floral arrangements and even cooking lately. I did my regularly scheduled fall kitchen clean out and I am excited to say it has stayed neat and clean for over a week!
Fall is invigorating to me. I have more energy and I feel so hopeful in the fall. Am I the only one?
You are in for such a treat today! My friend Kelly from The Tattered Pew organizes one of my favorite Home Tours each season and I am honored to be a part of it.
Some of these home tours (all linked at the bottom of this post) are just impeccable. There are so many inspirations and ideas shared.
Heidi, at Eleanor Rose Home, is one I highly recommend checking out. Her cozy fall home tour is so beautiful!
Warm and Muted Fall color palette
One of my favorite things in life is color. Specifically putting colors together. My dream job would be putting color palettes together and never running out of ideas!
So I put this warm and muted fall color palette together and it is so cozy. What do you think?
Main Living Area
My house is open in the living area. So my kitchen is small but it’s part of one big room that includes our living room and dining area. I love the open concept (except for dirty dishes and laundry on the couch).
This is part 2 of my Fall Home Tour. You can see the details of Decorating a Small Kitchen for Fall here.
The bedrooms (3) are split with the 2 and 3 on the one side of the living area and the primary bedroom on it’s own on the other side.
My grandparents brass and crystal chandelier hangs in my dining area!
I painted these Blue and White Painted Pumpkins and I get asked about them all the time! They are so beautiful with my decor!
My couch is custom upholstered with leopard, houndstooth and leather. It’s a vibe for sure!
I actually bought it on Facebook Marketplace. It is one of my favorite things!
This his marble coffee table on marketplace and painted the base blue and white. The blue and white is getting ready to change it though, because I just don’t love it like I want to.
It’s okay to change things if you don’t like them the first go around!
I made these basket weave valances last year when I updated the fireplace. It’s such an easy DIY and very inexpensive! See it before here!
You can watch my Pinterest TV episode where I made this mantle swag here.
In the Evening
The first night that I had decorated for fall and the sun went down, and all the twinkle lights came on. It was magical! The only thing better would have been if it weren’t 98 degrees that day!
Here is the evening tour!
This little corner is just off the enryway, and it also serves as the perfect space for Gigi to set up her tent with every blanket and cushion in the house. She always has to have a rug too. Not sure where she gets it!
This area is also where I film some of my Pinterst Tv episodes. I have a she shed but this is a perfect spot to film too!
Here is my post for How to Make a Glass Pumpkin DIY from a Round Vase. Do you have a round vase laying around? Try this DIY! It’s so fun!
Fall Table Setting Inspiration
This is the table setting that started the whole warm and muted color palette for me this year. I was getting my fall things out and playing around and this just spoke to me!
I love the natural elements with the raffia pumpkins, and gourds, and the leaves, and plaid. Oh my goodness, it’s just perfect!
If you aren’t subscribed to my email list yet, I hope that you will do that so when I post my fall tablescapes next week you won’t miss some surprise elements I have! I can’t wait to share them with you!
I hope you enjoyed my home tour! You’re welcome back anytime! If you have any questions email me!
