Welcome Home Saturday: Cozy Fall Finds For Home and Kitchen
As the leaves are getting ready to start to turn and the days will start to grow shorter, most of us start to feel the need to cozy up our homes a bit. If you’re looking for some cozy fall decor inspiration, look no further! Here are a few of our favorite cozy fall decor finds, perfect for making your home feel warm and welcoming as the weather gets cooler.
Oh, my friend! Please forgive me for what I am about to say if you aren’t on my side… I am so ready for fall! If you are a summer lover, I can be on board with summer until about July 5th. Then I am prepared for a cooling-off time. I don’t want it to be freezing cold but we haven’t even seen the low 90s in over a month and I am hot. I think I am getting ready to go through menopause too so there’s that! LOL
I have been dreaming about the mid-’60s, making my new chai tea recipe, and drinking it on the porch with my new blanket! (If I still have a porch. I listed my house for sale today!) FYI, I ordered this blanket from Walmart on Wednesday and recieved it Thursday morning! It is so soft!
Do you have a late summer/school starting decor strategy? I usually switch out summer brights for more muted tones and gradually add in my pumpkins. By September 1st though, fall is on like donkey kong. Even if it’s still 100 degrees outside, it’s fall in my heart! LOL
These are my favorite Fall Decor DIY’s! I will be adding them in as of this minute!
Fall Pumpkin Projects
First on our list is this cozy Copper and Bronze Patina Pumpkins pumpkin project. It’s the perfect way to add a touch of Fall to your home, and it’s super easy to make! This project is perfect for patina beginners, and it makes a great addition to any Fall mantle or table display.
If you’re looking for something a little more modern, here is an excellent tutorial on how to make these adorable Leather and Wood Pumpkins DIY for Fall. They’re perfect for adding a rustic modern touch to your decor, and they’ll last year after year. With just a few supplies from your favorite craft store, you can have these cute pumpkins made in no time!
As the leaves begin to change color and the air turns crisp, many of us start to feel the cozy allure of fall. One of the best ways to embrace the season is by decorating your home with cozy fall touches. One simple yet impactful way to do this is with Blue and White Painted Pumpkins. This project is easy enough for even novice crafters, and it’s a great way to add a touch of elegance to your fall decor. You can use any type of pumpkin you like, but paper mache pumpkins work well for this project.
Simply paint the pumpkins in your desired color scheme and let them dry. You can then arrange them on a mantel, shelf, or table for a beautiful fall display. So why not give this project a try? With just a few supplies and a little bit of effort, you can transform your home into a cozy fall oasis perfect for enjoying the cooler months.
Last but not least, we have this delicious cold brew bottles I have been hoarding from Starbucks. These Starbucks Cold Brew bottles are the perfect size for fall dried floral arrangements. I am going with a wheat theme this fall and this floral combination with the velvet ribbon is going to be so good!
This project will be on the blog next week so be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss it!
So there you have it: three cozy fall decor finds that are sure to please, and one we can do together soon! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
