- Grapevine Wreath - Cream Hydrangea Bush - Lavender Bush - Hot Glue Gun - Wire Cutters - Pink and Cream Hydrangea Bush

Supplies Needed

Start with a 20-inch grapevine wreath. This one is from Hobby Lobby and it goes half off every three weeks or so.

Cut each stem from the hydrangea bush, giving yourself enough stem to poke into the grapevine. You can use the lines on the stems as a guide.

Cut the lavender as close to the base as possible. Use strong wire cutters.
